RULES OF THE DRAW IN PETER & WOLF BCN’S WEBSITE
The company Peter & Wolf BCN, located in c / Mora la Nova, 15-17, 08023 – Barcelona organizes a promotional action with the random drawing system aimed at people living in the European Union, of legal age (or minors accompanied by their respective parents / guardians).
Objective
Peter & Wolf BCN organizes this draw with the following objectives:
-. increase the visibility of the brand on Peter & Wolf BCN website as well as Instagram and Facebook social networks (this includes that Peter & Wolf BCN can share in its RRSS, on its website and in the newsletter the photos taken by the participants in the raffle),
-. collect user contact data to send them newsletters periodically and keep them informed about the brand news and promotions (by participating in the draw the user consents to the use of its contact data for this purpose, thus respecting the Law of Protection of Personal Data),
-. publicize the brand and invite users to purchase products from it, either directly at the booth in design markets in which Peter & Wolf BCN participates or through the web www.pw.lab5.dissenyweb.com.
Period of the promotion
This promotional action is aimed at all users who perform the actions foreseen in the mechanics of the draw and fill in the information requested on the website of Peter & Wolf BCN, and its period of validity goes from 1/12/17 to 12/31/17.
The draw will take place during the first week of January 2018. The name of the winner will be communicated through the Peter & Wolf BCN newsletter.
Mechanics and mode of participation
To participate, the following steps must be followed:
-. take a picture with an article by Peter & Wolf BCN and upload it to the user’s account in the RRSS (either Instagram or Facebook).
-. It is imperative that the photos are labeled:
> On Instagram with peterandwolfbcn
> On Facebook with bcnpeterandwolf
-. Subscribe to the newsletter from the home page of www.pw.lab5.dissenyweb.com with the user’s contact information.
On the day of the draw, the database of contacts obtained during the promotion period will be printed, obtaining a paper for each contact, and they will be entered in an opaque box. Then, a paper will be chosen randomly.
We will verify that the winner has uploaded a photo on Instagram and / or Facebook and has tagged it correctly (with peterandwolfbcn and / or bcnpeterandwolf).
Awards
Among all the users that participate in the promotion, the awards on the draw will be:
-. 1 shopping bag model White Stamp Denim
-. 1 T-shirt model Stamp Y / W (of the corresponding size)
-. 1 T-shirt model Stamp G / B (of the corresponding size)
Communication to the winners
From that moment, the winner will be contacted to deliver the prize to him/her. If it is not possible to locate the winner within a period of 5 working days or the prize is rejected, the process will be repeated until a winner can be found and accepts the prize.
The name of the winner, along with his/her photo will be published in our Newsletter and this will be sent to the entire database.
Peter & Wolf BCN reserves the right to include the photo uploaded to RRSS by the winner on its website, its RRSS accounts and in the newsletter.
Cancellation of the draw
The draw can not be canceled once the promotion period has started.
Prize availability
If for some reason it is not possible to give as a reward exactly the announced article, we will proceed to give away an item of the same or higher value. In that case, the winner may choose his/her prize among all Peter & Wolf BCN products.
In no case will be allowed to exchange the prize for cash money.
Advertising
Peter & Wolf BCN reserves the right to publish the name of the winners for promotional purposes.
Acceptance of the bases
The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the user fully accepts the conditions of these legal bases.
